2017 Football Playoff presale tickets will be on sale starting tomorrow through Friday in the High School Office. Tickets are $8. 2017 Football Playoff T-Shirts will be available for purchase tomorrow only during the High School and Middle School lunch periods. T-Shirts will be $10 and there will be two different designs available. Tee Shirts are also available at A & J Sports and Signsations. A district-wide community school safety night will be Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Auditeria. Come and learn more about what our school does to protect your children. We will discuss lockdown and safety procedures and there will be an hour dedicated to Internet use and how to monitor your child on the Internet, followed by a Question and Answer session of the entire evening. Please come out and join us. Keep in mind some of the material may be graphic in nature, and therefore we recommend adult only attendance. There will be light refreshments served. Please consider this very informational night. The guest speaker will be Alice Griffith from Signature Health.

US Route 6 is now open so that means Bus 4 students will be riding home on the original Bus 9 today. Starting tomorrow, October 17th, students will ride Bus 9. Thank you!

Thursday's Home Girls Soccer Game which will start at 7:00 pm in the GV Stadium is a State Playoff game. Tickets will be $4 for a student and $6 for an adult. There will be no passes accepted. Thanks

Undefeated Season! The Lady Mustang Soccer team has gone undefeated this season with a record of 15-0-1, winning the NAC title for the first time!

Don't forget Parent Teacher Conferences for the Elementary School, Middle School and High School are this week on Thursday October 12th after school. Please contact the school to set up a conference if you need to see your child's teachers.

Attention!!!! BUS RIDER COUNT WEEK IS Tuesday, October 3rd through Monday, October 9th Did you know? That a portion of funding that the Grand Valley Local Schools receives from the State of Ohio is based on the number of students who ride a school bus to and from school each day. That, of the almost 1,200 students who attended Grand Valley last year, on average, only 760 (63%) rode the bus each day. That number is down from the previous year when the district had over 70% ridership. Funding for transportation from the State of Ohio last year was almost $965.00 per student rider. An official count of students who ride the bus occurs each year to establish state transportation funding levels for the current year. This year the count week will be Tuesday, October 3rd through Monday, October 9th. Please help us out and ride the bus during count week.

Tonight's start time for the ladies soccer game has been changed to 7:00. It also is Senior Night, come and support these ladies to another victory!

Attention Parents: Tuesday, October 3rd through Monday, October 9th will be Bus Rider Count Week. We encourage students to ride the bus during this week as we get funding for each student who rides the bus. As an incentive we are giving each child a ticket for a cool treat at lunch. They will receive this from their morning bus driver. More details will be sent out on October 3rd.
