For our GV students' convenience, Youngstown State University will be conducting an application day and placement testing here at the GV campus tomorrow during 3A for those interested in their CCP program.
GV has CCP US History, World History, and General Biology in our high school through YSU.
Students must know their personal email, address, birthdate, and social security number for the event. Students who have not completed placement testing on their own will sit for placement testing after completing an online application.
Students are welcome to complete the application and placement testing on their own, by appointment, with YSU.
In order to be eligible for the CCP program, you must secure a Letter of Intent by April 1, 2025.
You can find the letter of intent on the guidance counter in the high school office.
For students who will be in 7th -12th grade next year.

Today, GVHS seniors met today to set up the procedures for their future Mock Interviews which will take place at GV on March 18th. Students will be able to experience interviewing skills, receive valuable feedback, and consider ways to handle the stress related to interviewing. Proud of our seniors for continuing to work on their post-secondary/career path plans!

Grand Valley’s Youth Philanthropic organization spent the day interviewing area nonprofit organizations who were seeking grant funds through the Ashtabula Foundation.
This week our GVHS students got to explore the Olweus Bullying Prevention ideals and discuss responsibility, safety, and respect through various leadership activities! Their contributions in how to impact change were valuable and engaging! We are so proud of their hard work!
