Our 10, 11 and 12 year olds will be competing in the Freeway League this fall. This League is an 11 on 11 tackle football league. Team included in the Freeway League include Buckeye (Edgewood), Conneaut, Jefferson, Geneva, Lakeside, Pymatuning Valley and St. John. Games will be played on Saturday mornings and afternoons. Games will be played at home on our new field or at one of the member team's field. The Varsity division will consist of players age 10-12 years old as of August 1. All coaches will be USA Football certified which includes classes on how to properly block and tackle.
Our 5-10 year olds will be competing in the Geauga County Flag League. This will be NFL Flag rules and all games will be played at Cardinal High School in Middlefield on Saturdays. There will be a 9 and 10 year old division, 7 and 8 year old division, and 5 and 6 year old division. All Grand Valley players will be grouped in teams and will be coached by Grand Valley coaches.
