For your convenience Ashtabula County Health Department will have Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines available during our August 6th and 27th COVID-19 vaccine clinic.
Please see attached form for accepted insurance companies. If you do not have insurance of your insurance is not listed the cost of each vaccine is $10 or $15 for two vaccines for one student. Check or cash is accepted.

Grand Valley Local Schools is installing eight "Rehydration Station" locations. These stations allow for any staff or student to easily refill their water bottle.
All GV students, staff members and their families are welcome to register to receive the two dose Pfizer vaccine. The first dose will be administered on August 6th at 2:00 in the GV auditorium. The second dose will be administered on August 27th (time will be given closer to the date of the event). Please complete the Google Form for each person receiving a vaccine in order to register for the event.
Must be 12 years of age or older at the time of the first vaccine. Students must be accompanied by a parent for the first vaccine or a Consent to Administer COVID- 19 vaccine form must be completed.
Vaccine is free. No insurance information needed.
A Consent to Administer COVID- 19 vaccine form may be emailed to you upon request.

Go to Moby Max (with your normal Moby Max login), in the contest area, and complete 420 min. of Math over the summer and you will receive a prize. Make sure you compete in this contest. We don't want to lose all of our hard work over the summer that we worked so hard to gain this summer! 420 min, is just a few minutes a day!
