Grand Valley,
I would like everyone to know that our current plans to reopen safely are still in place at this time. Here are a few reminders/updates:
1. Any revision/update to our plans are highlighted in neon green and the revision date of the document will be highlighted in green.
2. I want to encourage all parents who intend to enroll strictly online, to click on the link in the “A Reopening Guide for Families and Staff” to register your child. We need this information to prepare their online instruction.
3. Most likely each specific building will be bringing the “Brick and Mortar” students back to school in phases. We will need all our staff to help small groups get their devices, programs, schedules, etc. for the upcoming year.
4. Now all extracurricular activities are going in some capacity. Contact sports can only scrimmage here on campus with our own kids until further directives come from the OHSAA, the state and the health departments.
Again, I emphasize that things will most likely change and we will update our plans/documents and get that information to you. It will depend on how the future holds and how we can be safe and responsible. Be safe! BN
