These are your FINAL missions, if you chose to accept them!
Tuesday May 19th Biceps Curl Bottleflip Challenge
- -Take a plastic water bottle, drink or fill to the top of the wrapper
- -Perform 5 arm curls with bottle, toss it safely on hard surface until it lands upright
- -If unsuccessful, start every new attempt with 5 arm curls before the toss
Extreme Challenge – Perform curls with both arms, and land both bottles upright!
Wednesday May 20th Jump Rope / Hula Hoop Challenge
- Jump rope or hula hoop for 47 seconds without stopping
- If no jump rope or hula hoop, jump over something 47 times
- 47 is the number of school days wiped out by the virus
Extreme Challenge – Jump rope 47 straight times using right foot and/or left foot only
Thursday May 21st Dance Party Challenge
- -In honor of the Dance Party that was cancelled this year, record yourself dancing to your favorite song
- -Dance to a popular line dance (include family members too) or make up your own moves!
Extreme Challenge – Lip sync and dance to your favorite song. Any future rock stars?!
Friday May 22nd Trick Shot Challenge
- -Perform and record yourself doing a successful trick shot
- -A trick shot can be ANYTHING! Google some ideas
Making a basket behind your head with your eyes closed
Tossing a piece of bread into the toaster from across the kitchen
Knocking over a water bottle with a soccer ball
