GVHS’s Youth Philanthropic group visited numerous nonprofit sites this week in Ashtabula County exploring the grant application, interview, and distribution process though the Ashtabula Foundation program. Grateful for their hard work!

Last week, The Mustang Safety Club welcomed the Orwell Fire Department and Wayne Fire Department to the school to put on a demonstration for students in the Safety Club. Thank you to both departments!
Members of the FFA attended the monthly Ashtabula County Commissioners Meeting. In honor of National FFA Week, the County Commissioner’s signed a County Proclamation declaring it national FFA Week in Ashtabula County.
During the meeting the members were able to see Robert’s Rule of Law used while the commissioners approved or denied resolutions for the county.
