Dear Grand Valley Parents,
We have almost 4 weeks of school under our belt and students and staff are settling in nicely. Hoping the rest of the school year will also run smoothly.
I do want to direct your attention to Parent-Teacher Conferences for the 2022-2023 school year. They are scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2022 and Thursday, February 16, 2023.
We will be modifying Parent-Teacher Conferences so the day is not so late for Parents in the evening. We will be having an early release on those days. The High School/Middle School will go home at 12:47 p.m. followed by the Elementary School at 2:00 p.m. The conference times for the HS/MS will be 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and the ES will be 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
A-Tech Students will need to make arrangements for transportation home on those days. The Preschool Students will be on their regular scheduled times.
We realize that early release may produce some challenges in your schedule, but we feel that it is necessary to prevent a very late evening. Thank you for your understanding.
