A student posted on social media a message that indicated that a bomb will be brought to school.  The student has been identified and police are handling the case and following protocol.  After discussion with Administrators and the Orwell Police, it was decided that this was a prank, designed to cause mass panic.  With the help of Orwell Police, the matter is dealt with and classes will resume as usual tomorrow, Wednesday, May 18, 2022.  The students and staff's safety are our top priority.
