Hello GV Online Learners,
I wanted to provide you with end of the year information.
Device Return -
Thursday, June 3rd will be the day for all online students to return their devices, chargers and Hot Spots if you have them.
MS/HS - Return will be between 7:00-3:00 in the MS/HS Lobby. (If the weather is nice we will be set up outside the office doors.)
ES - Return will be between 8:00-3:00 in the ES office. (If the weather is nice we will be set up outside the office door.)
PLEASE BRING THE CHROMEBOOK OR IPAD, CHARGING CORD, HOT SPOT AND CARRYING CASE IF YOU RECEIVED THEM.
Summer Intervention
We are reviewing the data from the MAP assessments and determining the students who we believe would benefit from intervention over the summer.
ES - We will be getting in touch with you by phone about the face to face summer program which Mrs. Eason will be coordinating. She will be providing more details so please make sure you look for her email.
HS/MS - GV will have a face to face program for students needing credit recovery or who are in jeopardy of failing. Mrs. Moore will be contacting the families of those students with information about Summer Intervention.
We want to commend you for having taken on this online learning challenge. We know this was a difficult decision to make and a difficult journey to make both for you and your children.
Grand Valley will not be offering an online learning program. We are looking forward to having all our students back in classrooms next year. There will be several new additions to programming and staffing which we hope will strengthen learning at Grand Valley for students, families, staff and our community.
