Grand Valley Students, Parents and Community Members,

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we have been given state directives to deliver instruction to students at home until further notice.

We will provide breakfast and lunch at various locations throughout the community.  We also will have lunch pick-up in front of the High School/Middle School entrance.  Those locations and times are posted on our website: School Lunch Locations and Pick-up Times

All students should have lessons allocated to them until Spring Break.  Some teachers will instruct through Google Classroom, others will send work home and others may have another means of providing remote instruction.  If your child does not know what they are supposed to do, please email their teacher to find out need in order to continue this year's education:  GRAND VALLEY STAFF DIRECTORY

We have been directed to shut down for a period of three weeks and beyond that is unknown, so we need to remote instruct and assume we may have to finish the year in this method.  It is important that all the students get in contact with their teachers and understand the adjusted instruction programs.  Again, if a student is not getting instruction in some way, please contact their teacher or the school.  Email is the best method as many staff will be working remotely:  GRAND VALLEY STAFF DIRECTORY

Spring Break will be observed as normal with no school from Monday, March 23rd to Friday, March 27th.  Staff will resume engaging the students with instruction after Spring Break on Monday, March 30th.  Students should look for alternative assignments/instruction on every regular scheduled school day on our district calendar:  2019-2020 Grand Valley Year-at-a-Glance School Calendar

Please look for further updates via email blasts, postings to the website (GRAND VALLEY WEBSITE) and school call out systems.

These are times of trial.  By following the instructions of the State Officials, we hope this epidemic will be less dramatic and will pass.  Let's do the best we can and we will pull through this!  In good health.
