Grand Valley Local School would like to announce that they have recently partnered with GovDeals. GovDeals is an online auction website where anyone can bid/purchase government surplus and unclaimed property. Bidders can log onto their website (govdeals.com) and register. Once you are registered you will then be able to search and bid on items on their site. Grand Valley Local Schools will be using this site to sell items that are no longer used by the district. The district will be posting many items on the site starting this Summer (July 1st). You will find a variety of items up for bid from the district for example….classroom desks, classroom chairs, sporting equipment, school bus parts, signs & tv’s to name a few. Items will be available to be bid on for 15 days once the time period is over the highest bidder will be able to come pick up the item at the district. All sales run through GovDeals and no monies are collected by the district.
