Hi Grand Valley Elementary Kids and Families
This is Dr. Winer and here this is your weekly update:
First of all, students and families...you have done a wonderful job of completing and returning your work. Your teachers have looked over your work and have corrected, given you credit and or graded your completed work. I have attended several Zoom classes and have watched you read, present your work and answer your teacher’s. questions.
Great job boys, girls and families. You are awesome!
We have another school work packet pick up/drop off today from 1-6. Please pull up and we will bring the work out to you.
I’ve spoken to several families and it is clear that being a teacher as well as Mom/Dad/Grandma/Grandpa and many of you are still working... is really getting old. We get that. Please be kind to yourselves. I’ve told the same to our teachers because they are worried about your kids and their learning. Please remember to take a breath, step back when you need to and try again tomorrow.

Go outside. Find interesting things in your yard. Play. Run.
