Hi GVES Kids and Families,

As you know, Governor DeWine closed schools through May 1st, but our teachers will continue to provide instruction by creating assignment packets for each student to do at home. Every teacher has been in touch with their students and will continue to do so for as long as we are closed. Assignment Packet pick up will take place on Mondays from 12pm-6:00pm and on Fridays from 7am-1pm. Completed packet drop off will continue to be in the foyer of the school, on the food buses or you can exchange the completed packet with the new packet on Mondays or Fridays.

Mrs. Fuller and I will be in the school office every M, W, and F from 10:00-1:00 but we both have remote access to the school phone so if you have questions or concerns, feel free to call us @ 440-805-4545.

I can’t emphasize enough that we are living history. Please try to document as a family what you are experiencing and how you are managing. Keep a family journal and add to it regularly, take photos, draw pictures, whatever. Also, check out the Grand Valley School Activity Page on Facebook. I’ve posted some information to help families during this crisis.

Most importantly, please STAY HOME and, if you have to go out, practice SOCIAL DISTANCING.

We miss you so much and we are looking forward to seeing your children filling our buses and classrooms again.

Be Safe and Be Well.
