Hello GVES Students and Families,
I hope you are all healthy, well and working hard on the packets our teachers sent home last Friday. It is important that you try to maintain a schedule every day that includes reading, math, play, free time, exercise, science, etc. Structure will help both you and your child to manage time, complete the assigned school work and enjoy this very unique situation we find ourselves in.
Our teachers have put together a second packet of school work (as well as your child's report card) to be completed between March 30th and April 3rd. It will be necessary for you to pick the packets up at school. We will be open on Friday, 3/27, from 7:00am to 3:00pm and on Monday, 3/30 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Just come to the GVES office door. You are welcome to pick up packets for your friends or neighbors as well. If you do not have access to a car, please call the school tomorrow. The number is 440-805-4545.
Our teachers need to review the work your child completed this week. Please be sure your child's name and teacher are clearly marked on the top page of the work and clip the work together.You can drop it off in the school foyer any day, any time next week (March 23-27) . Just put it in the box marked for your grade level. The buses delivering food will also have boxes to put the completed work in if that is more convenient.
